Instructions
  1. Blast everything apart from breast of chicken, scallion & coriander in blender for 2 mins
  2. Heat on stove or in microwave - I took my broth straight from slow cooker so was hot enough, I did not have to reheat
  3. Pour into to bowl and add in diced chicken and chopped scallion and coriander.
  4. Eat & Enjoy x
