  1. Put everything apart from the quark into slow cooker and stir evenly.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
  3. Add 1 tub of quark and corriander and extra if need 30 minutes before serving. Add water or stock if needed.
  4. Serve with basmati rice and chopped coriander
  5. Eat & Enjoy!
