Continuing and emerging research suggests that for optimum health of both body and mind, the key is to go with your gut. From everything from bloating, to a better night’s sleep, and even weight loss!

Research also suggest a link between gut the brain, depression, anxiety, skin and even auto immune diseases!

ago:
“All diseases begin in the gut.”

This workshop is aimed at teaching on how to love and nourish your own gut. It will give you all the tools you need to implement your own healing at home.
We will be using the GAPS Protocol as a basis for the workshop.
